Tuition Assistance at KHA

The KHA Scholarship Tuition Assistance Fund provides for the students in need of financial support. For this school year a scholarship of $600 per student helps cover costs such as three meals a day, dorm accommodations, our hands-on curriculum, school supplies, and extracurricular activities.

Our goal in the 2023/2024 school year is to provide 300 scholarships for the KHA Scholarship Tuition Assistance Fund.

Creating New Business

The Small Business Campaign invests in women, enabling them to create sustainable businesses throughout Boneza. Our locally-hosted micro-finance groups provide education around financial savings and empower women to become entrepreneurs.

Your donation enables a woman to start a small business through the Arise Rwanda Microloan/Finance program. Examples of small local businesses women have started are fishing, sewing, running small grocery stores and restaurants, and poultry farms.

Kivu Hills Medical Center

The Kivu Hills Medical Center (KHMC) is currently under construction and expects to open doors in the summer of 2023. This is the first hospital in the region and will serve up to 5 million locals.

It costs $10,000 to construct a complete hospital ward within KHMC. We hope to expand the hospital to include wards for optometry, maternity, pediatrics, general hospitalization, 2 surgery rooms, telemedicine, pharmacy, dentistry and a lab room.
